Intro to Biblical Archaeology, Part 3: Late Bronze Age

Are dates in the Bible to be taken literally, or are they symbolic with rich and provocative meaning? In this session you will consider evidence for both suggestions. Archaeology has uncovered a wealth of information from the Late Bronze Age that has entered this discussion. These discoveries also contribute to our rich understanding of the biblical narrative. This is part 3 in a 4-part series.

As you listen to the video lecture, we suggest you download the Study Guide and take notes in the outline of the presentation that is provided. This will help you organize your thoughts in a logical progression.
